Your Duties Prepare and present dishes in the Show Galley to delight our guests.
Assist in setting up and dismantling buffets, juice stations, and bread stations, including their cleaning.
Adhere to A-Rosa standard recipes according to the cookbook to ensure the highest quality.
Support daily buffet decoration and crew meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
Assist with mise-en-place and tasks in all kitchen areas.
Ensure hygiene in the entire work area according to the applicable standards.

Your Profile Completed vocational training as a cook.
At least six months of professional experience, preferably ship experience.
Very good German and English language skills.
Basic knowledge of international standard products.
HACCP knowledge and a health certificate for the gastronomy sector.
Commitment and enthusiasm for culinary challenges.
Team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
