Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the overall housekeeping operations of the private chalet
* Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff (room attendants, valet staff)
* Ensure immaculate cleanliness and presentation of all private areas
* Manage laundry, amenities, inventories, and supplies
* Anticipate and respond to customized requests from the family
* Ensure discretion, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
Profile:
* Proven experience in luxury hospitality or private households
* Experience with UHNW clientele and highly personalized service
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
* Fluent in English; French and/or another language is a plus
* High level of discretion, flexibility, and attention to detail
