Contract Type Freelance (100% remote) Working Hours Monday to Friday, 3 to 4 hours per day between 09:00 and 17:00 CET One week of paid training- 3 to 4 hours per day- full attendance required Compensation Production: €14 per hour Role Overview We are hiring a German-speaking Sales Consultant to support a client in the industrial components distribution sector. This is a customer-facing role within the Sales Support team, focused on outbound B2B sales activity, lead qualification, appointment setting, and some direct selling. In some cases, consultants will book leads into webinars, while in others, qualified leads are passed to the Level 2 team. This is not a purely administrative or customer service position. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable speaking with clients, handling objections, building interest, and contributing to conversion results. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales calls to potential B2B clients
Handle warm leads from a database provided by the client
Present and explain products clearly and professionally
Support the sales process through to closing where applicable
Keep client information and activity updated in CRM systems
Manage follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with clients
Coordinate with internal teams to help meet performance targets Requirements Language Skills German: C2 (professional fluency required)
