Your main tasks will be
* Develop, validate and optimize applications across INTEGRA’s full product portfolio, simplifying laboratory workflows
* Design, run and document experiments independently to verify applications in the laboratory
* Operate an application laboratory (BSL-1, BSL-2), including maintenance, and ensuring a safe, compliant working environment
* Create high‑quality application notes demonstrating how INTEGRA products increase lab productivity
* Support global sales, product managers and customers with workflow optimization and application troubleshooting
* Translate scientific insights into product improvements in close collaboration with Product Management and R&D
* Train international sales teams on key applications, workflows, and emerging market trends
* Coordinate collaborations with external partners
What we expect from you
* MSc in Life Sciences (BSc with working experience)
* 1‑3 years hands‑on laboratory experience in applications including molecular biology, preferably NGS
* Strong interest in practical, day‑to‑day laboratory work and application development
* Experience in writing reports, articles and technical protocols
* Experience with liquid handling automation is a plus
* A self‑confident and self‑motivated personality which is paired with social skills
* Excellent organizational skills, with a proactive mindset to manage multiple projects, meet timelines, and finalise projects efficiently
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
* Occasional overnight travel (up to 10%)
