You will provide expert analysis on installation, operation, maintenance, and product improvements, translating complex field data into actionable solutions and coherent technical reports. /pppbbCore Responsibilities /b /b /p /plipbTechnical Problem Solving: /b Develop sound solutions to complex field issues and conduct comprehensive engineering studies to optimize machinery performance. /p /lilipbRoot Cause Analysis: /b Lead and participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to identify equipment vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions. /p /lilipbField Support: /b Provide high-level technical oversight for new apparatus installations, global service projects, and major overhauls. /p /lilipbWarranty Management: /b Execute product and service warranties by investigating claims and balancing customer satisfaction with internal financial objectives. /p /lilipbCross-Functional Collaboration: /b Act as a liaison between Sodegaura and Jeannette engineering teams to influence product design, manufacturing, and repair standards. /p /lilipbTechnical Documentation: /b Author Service Engineering Bulletins and Technical Service Letters; develop and deliver technical training for internal teams and customers. /p /lilipbSite Engagement: /b Travel to installation sites to troubleshoot equipment in real-world environments and present findings to stakeholders. /p /lippbbBackground Experience /b /b /p /plipbEducation: /b Bachelor’s degree in bMechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering /b from an accredited program. /p /lilipbExperience: /b Minimum of b8 years /b of professional engineering experience, specifically within rotating machinery or heavy industrial equipment. /p /lilipbTechnical Proficiency: /b * Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret complex drawings, product transmittals, and technical manuals. /ppFoundational understanding of bcontrol theory /b and electrical components. /p /lilipbSoft Skills: /b Demonstrated leadership and customer service excellence; the ability to gain "buy-in" from stakeholders when presenting technical solutions. /p /lippbbNature of the Work /b /b /p /ppElliott’s equipment is highly customized; rarely are two machines—or two customer applications—identical.
