Junior CRM Merchandising Coordinator (f/m/d)
For this role we are seeking a hands‑on and detail‑oriented professional for a cross‑functional role that sits at the intersection of digital communication, customer relationship management, and product merchandising.
This includes the following tasks:
CRM & Campaign Management: Plan, create, and deploy newsletters and CRM campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on‑brand execution
Campaign Execution & Coordination: Manage end‑to‑end campaign production, including asset collection (copy, imagery, product data) and alignment with Marketing, E‑Commerce, Stores, and Creative teams
Performance & Insights: Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting, deriving insights to support continuous optimization
Merchandising & Content: Support product selection and storytelling in CRM campaigns, aligned with inventory levels, sell‑through priorities, and luxury brand positioning
Cross‑functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact across teams, ensuring structured workflows, clear timelines, and smooth delivery of CRM activations
What makes you a great fit:
0–2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or e‑commerce, with familiarity in Microsoft Dynamics or similar tools
Understanding of merchandising principles with a strong sense for luxury product presentation
Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and confident use of Microsoft Office
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, collaborative, and detail‑oriented mindset
Fluent in English & German, Italian is a plus
