Your Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing targeted LinkedIn campaigns.
2. Content marketing: Creating audience-specific content together with the team (e.g., use cases, references, videos) focusing on technical solutions and customer benefits.
3. Planning and conducting webinars and online events.
4. Building and maintaining landing pages for conversion optimization, including funnel logic, MQL generation, CTA design, and HubSpot integration.
5. Creating and optimizing digital touchpoints (e.g., via HubSpot, SEO/SEA, analytics).
6. Structured marketing-sales alignment: Close coordination with sales and business development for campaign planning, lead handover (MQL to SQL), and feedback loops.
7. Supporting the organization and management of trade fairs, conferences, and events, including planning, pre- and post-event activities, lead capture, and analysis.
8. Collaborating with external partners for technical website maintenance and optimization.
9. Contributing to the development and improvement of our marketing structure and processes.
Your Profile:
1. Completed studies or training with a focus on marketing, communication, or digital marketing.
2. 2-4 years of relevant experience in digital B2B marketing, ideally in an industrial/technology environment.
3. Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CMS.
4. Strong communication skills, autonomous, structured, and proficient with digital channels and performance marketing.
5. Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
