To strengthen our Facilities & Services department at SICPA, we are looking for a Technician. ROLE: The role involves ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the technologies at the Prilly and Bussigny sites. The role requires a residence within 30 minutes of the workplace. Participate in the on-call service. Participate in the monitoring of all projects regarding new developments and obsolescence. Conduct regular inspections of machinery. Carry out updates and backups. Manage updates and changes to the technical setup. Diagnose and restore malfunctioning systems to their baseline conditions. This may involve replacing defective parts, configuring components, and resolving performance-related issues. Work on sustainability programs to ensure maximum energy efficiency and reduce costs with clients to understand their needs, explain detected issues, and provide advice on system X. Ensure compliance with local and federal standards regarding data protection and maintenance of systems, and keep up with technological updates to stay informed about the latest advancements in the field. Follow HSE regulations. Participate in risk analyses.PROFILE: CFC or equivalent title, with good knowledge of HVAC building techniques. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a regulated establishment within a professional engineering service or proven experience in problem analysis to identify causes. Knowledge of APIs (Siemens, SAIA). Good understanding of AdB, MCR tools (e.g., Honeywell, PCvue). Proficient in office software O365, MS Office, SharePoint, ShareFile, SAP S4HANA. Holder of OIBT 15. Excellent knowledge of building techniques. Proven ability to establish and manage communication at all levels of competence (both written and verbal). Previous experience in cross-functional teams with good stakeholder management. Proficiency in French, and English and/or German is an advantage.
