Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Expert for Canon products, you will provide technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, following standard diagnostic procedures, and escalating complex cases when necessary.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in German are essential for this role, while good communication skills in English are also desirable.
