7. HR Governance: Ensure adherence to Hexagon’s People & Culture governance framework, policies, and processes while maintaining flexibility to meet the division’s unique needs
8. Future Readiness: Prepare the division for 2026 by implementing the Global People Partner agenda and addressing transition requirements in alignment with the company’s strategic goals

9. Education: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
10. Experience:
11. Proven experience in a senior HR Business Partner or strategic HR leadership role, ideally within a global organisation
12. Experience working in or supporting divisions related to construction, technology, or manufacturing is a plus
13. Skills:
14. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategies to business objectives.
15. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
16. Expertise in organisational design, talent management, and change management
17. Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and collaborate effectively across geographies
18. Global Perspective: Experience working in a multicultural environment and managing global HR initiatives
