The Role
As Sales & Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients and developing new business in Switzerland and Western Europe. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent sales acumen, and a strategic approach to customer relationship management.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams including Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver tailored solutions for high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management
* Develop and execute strategic account plans
* Maintain and grow relationships with key clients
* Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring high customer satisfaction
* Coordinate internal teams to align on customer needs
* Lead contract negotiations and long-term agreements
* Monitor account performance and revenue forecasts
* Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Business Development
* Identify new business opportunities within target verticals
* Qualify leads and manage full sales cycle from prospecting to revenue
* Support market entry strategies for new customers and applications
* Drive design wins and long-term commercial success
Forecasting & Strategy
* Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility
* Report key metrics to leadership
* Provide customer insights to internal business units
* Analyze account performance and adjust strategic focus as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
Professional Experience
* 10+ years of experience in B2B semiconductor sales
* Proven success in both key account management and new business development
* Strong technical knowledge of semiconductors (e.g., ASICs, RFICs, MCUs, sensors)
* Skilled in managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder relationships
Education
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field
Languages
* Fluent in French and English (spoken and written – daily use)
* German is a plus
