For our client in the pharmaceutical industry, we are seeking a candidate with a Lean-Agile mindset and working knowledge of ITIL v3 processes in IT service delivery. The ideal candidate will speak fluent English and have experience with ticketing systems, troubleshooting hardware, software, and mobile devices.
General Information :

5. Role: Act as a digital enabler for business colleagues & functions
6. Responsibilities include driving employee productivity through consultancy, providing proximity at sites, and ensuring a personalized employee experience.
7. Leverage available data (e.g., Nexthink, SNOW) for proactive support.
8. Support and manage Incident / Request management processes to meet Service Level Agreements and drive continuous improvement through trend analysis.
9. Manage IT hardware lifecycle and deskside support processes/services for the site.
10. Support onsite services (e.g., events and meetings) by coordinating with internal and external providers, enhancing user experience, and promoting best practices.
11. Drive and enable standard workplace infrastructure, participate in global/local projects, and deployments in collaboration with product teams.
12. Proactively address and implement process-improvement ideas.
13. Support local audit, inspection, and certification requirements.
14. Assist in local Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery planning activities.
Your Profile
1. Excellent working knowledge of ITIL v3 processes in IT service delivery.
2. Experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting hardware, software, and mobile devices.
3. Enterprise mindset focused on collaboration, breaking down silos, and delivering results across organizational boundaries.
4. Exhibits intellectual curiosity, integrity, and a passion for innovation.
5. Understanding of supported operating systems, devices, and applications, including Google Suite, MS Office, etc.
6. Solid written and oral communication skills in English; German is a plus.
