Strategic Process Leader
We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee three teams responsible for process architecture, mining, and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, manage, and execute business processes aligned with company goals and commercial insurance market needs.
* Contribute to the development of AI strategy through thought leadership and ideation of process support solutions.
* Maintain stakeholder engagement through periodic reviews, feedback collection, and improvement initiatives.
* Set guardrails for common core business processes, define process modeling standards, and ensure common core business processes are modeled.
* Leverage data to measure success and identify areas of improvement, leading cross-functional teams on process optimization projects.
Requirements
* 10–15 years of experience in corporate and specialty insurance sector, managing business processes and IT solutions.
* Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining business process architecture and optimization.
* Proven expertise in applying IT solutions like Microsoft Power Platform and implementing Robotics Process Automation (RPA).
* A strong understanding of organisational cultures and excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams globally.
* Business fluent in written and spoken English.
