Job Title: ICT Assessment Specialist
A comprehensive assessment is required to identify gaps and opportunities in support of building a "to be" ICT section, capable of supporting organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review existing documentation, including IT policies, procedures, and skills.
2. Conduct interviews with key stakeholders, technical assessments of IT resource utilization, capabilities, and skill levels, and benchmarking against industry standards and best practices.
3. Deliver a comprehensive report outlining findings, recommendations, suggested structure, detailed terms of reference for each role within the ICT Section, and an implementation roadmap for enhancing IT capabilities.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications in IT governance, ITIL, project management, or enterprise architecture are highly desirable.
The consultant should have proven experience in assessing and evaluating IT team skills, competencies, and capabilities, as well as demonstrated ability to develop and refine IT policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Strong expertise in IT skills assessment methodologies and best practices, with the ability to identify gaps and recommend actionable development plans.
