Main Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a client portfolio in Eastern Switzerland, ensuring growth and long‑term engagement with regional partners.
* Lead all technical communication with installers, customers, and partners, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
* Promote and present the company’s Smart PV solutions, including detailed product portfolio demonstrations to installers.
* Support customers during system planning, commissioning, and troubleshooting, providing hands‑on and remote technical assistance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with mid‑sized installers, ensuring trust, loyalty, and continuous engagement.
* Analyze customer needs and develop customized technical proposals, ensuring solutions are tailored to each project’s specifications.
Requirements
* Education as electrician or similar, degree from a University of Applied Science is an asset
* 3+ years hands-on experience in PV, best in an installer company
* Bilingual in both German or Swiss-German and English for Eastern Switzerland
* Able to work under pressure, strong willingness for continuous learning
* Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization
* Own car (refund for kilometers)
* Willing to travel within the territory assigned up to 60%
