Investigational Product Delivery Lead (m/f/d)

* Duration: 6 months (temporary assignment)
Your Responsibilities
* Drive end-to-end coordination of investigational product (IP) delivery across multiple concurrent clinical trials
* Serve as the central liaison between Clinical Trial Management, Clinical Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Analytics, and external partners
* Translate clinical requirements into actionable technical deliverables and maintain structured, transparent communication across all involved functions
* Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps and follow through until resolution
* Ensure consistent adherence to IP processes with a focus on traceability, documentation, and continuous improvement
* Lead and facilitate monthly cross-functional coordination meetings and contribute to portfolio-level reviews
* Support governance through clear reporting and portfolio-wide tracking
Your Profile
* Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific field
* 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Quality and/or Pharmaceutical Technology, Oral Solid Dosage Forms, and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. GMP, Pharmacopeia)
* Solid understanding of clinical trial workflows and experience with CTMS, Veeva, or comparable clinical systems
* Background in dietary supplement product development and manufacturing is a plus
* Strong coordination and project management capabilities — proactive, persistent, and execution-oriented
* Ability to lead without formal authority and align diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Confident communicator with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset, comfortable in fast-paced matrix environments
