Responsibilities
* Drive organic growth across all Comparis social media channels.
* Create engaging formats that boost traffic and reach.
* Collaborate with micro‑influencers and monitor discussions.
* Bear the main responsibility for organic growth in the social media area and all channels, including planning and publishing content.
* Independently develop formats and content that perform organically and generate reach and traffic for our platform.
* Develop and implement creative and viral social media formats and campaigns.
* Produce social content, especially video and short formats, for various platforms.
* Identify relevant micro‑influencers and communities and actively interact with them.
* Monitor social media discussions and relevant topics around Comparis and our markets.
Qualifications
* Several years of experience in building and organically growing social media channels, ideally in a digital environment, with proven success in reach and engagement.
* Very good understanding of platform mechanics, community dynamics, and viral formats.
* Affinity for the topics of finance, insurance, and housing and the ability to prepare these appropriately for social media target groups.
* Experience in producing social content, including video and static formats.
* A feel for tone, trends, humor, and relevant discussions on the web.
* Creative, experimental, and hands‑on working style with joy in implementing things yourself and trying out new ideas.
* Very good German and good English skills; French skills are an advantage.
