For one of our Clients, a medical diagnostics company, we are looking for a motivated
Laboratory Technician
(Research Assistant) who enjoys working in a hands-on, multi-technology environment.
In this role, you will work with different analytical platforms and have the opportunity to broaden your technical expertise across a variety of instruments. You will be part of a collaborative team that values reliability, curiosity, and practical problem-solving.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Plan analysis with support from supervisory staff Prepare standards and samples Perform experiments on different instruments Data analysis with support from supervisory staff Document experiments Escalate issues when things are not going according to plan Recommend next steps based on data generated Drive efforts to gain efficiency within work packages Organize and manage their own time within scope of assigned work packages Ordering and maintaining stocks of material
Must Haves:
Completed Education as Lab Technician (Analytical Chemistry/ Chemistry/ Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology) -
MSc and PhD graduates are considered overqualified
Min. 2-3 years of work experience in a Lab Environment within Academic research or Industry (Pharma,MedTech) Initial experience with Liquid Chromatography and PCR First experience in statistical data analysis & evaluation Fluent in English Strong interest for practical lab work Able to think multidirectional Te
