Your responsibilities
:
Fair marketing & experiential
1. Support the execution of integrated marketing and experiential campaigns for Art Basel Basel and Paris.
2. Coordinate the development and rollout of marketing assets across channels, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
3. Assist in delivering fair experiences, partnerships, and on-site activations in collaboration with internal teams and agencies.
4. Identify emerging trends, tools, and formats to improve marketing efficiency, impact, and audience engagement.
Go-to-market execution
5. Execute go-to-market plans and campaign launches for Basel and Paris.
6. Support ticketing-related marketing initiatives and campaign optimisation to drive attendance and revenue.
7. Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
8. Track allocated marketing and experiential budgets and provide financial updates.
Audience-led marketing
9. Support always-on regional marketing activity and ensure alignment with peak fair campaigns.
10. Contribute to testing, optimisation, and reporting on campaign performance using audience insights and data.
Collaboration & coordination
11. Act as a key point of contact across show management, brand, communications, ticketing, VIP, digital, commercial, and operations teams.
12. Coordinate agency and partner deliverables to ensure quality, timing, and budget alignment.
13. Support on-site delivery during fair build-up, live days, and post-fair wrap-up.
Your Profile:
14. 4–7+ years’ experience in marketing, brand experience, event marketing, or campaign execution.
15. Experience supporting large-scale events, fairs, or live experiences.
16. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
17. Good understanding of digital, social, content, and experiential marketing.
18. Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
19. Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
20. Fluent in English and German (French a strong plus).
21. Willingness to travel around key fair moments.
