Your Tasks
* Personnel and functional leadership of the Program Integration team, including the two functional groups Program Engineering and Program Execution
* Serving as the key interface between Engineering (Design Organization, DO) and Operations (Production Organization, PO) for all program- and configuration-relevant aspects
* Ensuring technical (DO/PO) and organisational program integration across all relevant units
* Ensuring a structured and aligned configuration and change management process between Design and Production
* Further development of the Program Engineering group (technical integration, configuration management, change processes) as well as the Program Execution group (major modification and upgrade projects)
* End-to-end responsibility, coordination and oversight of the implementation of major modification and upgrade projects with respect to schedule, quality and cost
