We are seeking a support professional to assist the Strategic Assistant and the Executive Assistant to the CEO. The role involves proactive, independent office support, managing priorities, and supporting associates at all levels, including executives, within a dynamic, international environment.


Major Accountabilities

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Providing general administrative support, including travel bookings and T&E management.
* Managing the agenda of the Strategic Assistant to the CEO.
* Supporting content slide management for leadership team and board meetings.
* Handling tight deadlines and competing schedules.
* Using technology platforms for presentations, approvals, and content edits.
* Managing mail and emails, and acting on behalf of the manager when appropriate.
* Coordinating high-level meetings, teleconferences, and external meetings.
* Participating in projects such as congress organization, events, trainings, and international visits.
* Organizing complex travel arrangements, including visas and reimbursements.
* Leading administrative projects and initiatives.


Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

* Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
* 5+ years supporting executives, ideally in pharma, biotech, or healthcare sectors.
* Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry terminology and regulatory timelines.
* Highest standards of confidentiality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
* Ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Professionalism, discretion, and strong communication skills.
* Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Flexibility regarding working models, to be discussed at interview.
