Alumni Communications Manager
The mission of the Alumni Communications Manager is to lead multi channel and engagement strategies to strengthen connections across EHLs global alumni network, deliver results for the internal EHL departments that we service, Academic departments, Research, Innovation, Growth, Recruitment, Alliance and others.
What will you do?
1. Participate in the design and execution of a rolling communication plan across, digital platforms, events and in person.
2. Manage CMS and CRMs systems to monitor and foster consistent alumni engagement.
3. Lead and oversee the planning, execution and analysis of targeted email marketing and digital advertising caigns to reach and activate alumni engagement.
4. Use CRM tools to segment alumni and personalize outreach based on engagement levels, behaviours and lifecycle stages with the objective to automate an engagement life cycle.
5. Identify and track KPIs optimize and develop dashboards, analyze engagement metrics using Power BI.
6. Conduct internal analytics and manage alumni survey to assess the impact and thereafter refine the strategy.
7. Manage the alumni database including AI initiatives for data cleaning and optimization.
