To strengthen our Customer Service department, we are looking for a:Spare PartsMISSION AND CHALLENGES:You will have the opportunity to implement your technical and commercial skills to offer our customers quality service by accompanying them in the identification and definition of their needs in terms of spare parts for machine tool peripherals. Thanks to your expertise, you will play a key role within the department:- Prepare commercial offers, issue and track purchase orders- Analyze customer requests to identify the necessary spare parts, using plans, technical diagrams, and existing documentation- Establish technical solutions adapted to the intervention context or the customer's machine- Collaborate with internal technical teams, whether it be after-sales service, production, or R&D, to verify or validate certain complex needs- Monitor delivery times and coordinate with logistics for the shipment of spare parts- Organize shipments in Switzerland and abroadBACKGROUND AND SKILLS:- Similar professional experience in the machine tool or industrial sector is necessary to assume this function- Native German or French speaker, you have good oral knowledge of the other language as well as English.
