Your tasks
* Coordination and execution of service assignments for our Mikron Mill milling machines and StepTec spindles
* Creation of service reports
* Analysis and diagnosis of recurring error patterns and determination of causes in close cooperation with development and assembly departments
* Creation of advanced PLC software diagnostics and detailed error descriptions for the software department, as well as support with troubleshooting
* Support and assistance for our sales companies and customers in technical matters in 2nd level support
Your profile
* Several years of experience in servicing CNC machines
* Very good knowledge of Heidenhain controls (from iTNC 530 onwards)
* Knowledge of applications on CNC milling machines
* Ability to work independently and motivation to acquire new knowledge
* Fluent in German and English
* Willingness to travel worldwide up to approx. 80%
