Previse Systems, established in 2019, brings fresh thinking and modern technology to the world of energy trading and risk management (ETRM). Our cloud‑based SaaS ETRM software combines modern architecture, scalability, and flexibility to help customers manage trading operations more efficiently and intelligently.
About the Role
As a Project Implementation Consultant you will work as part of a small, diverse team to implement the Previse software for clients within the Previse Project Implementation Framework. You will: understand client requirements, configure the software, conduct testing, train users, and support go‑live activities. You will also act as an intermediary between clients and the internal development team, translating requirements into functional specifications and supporting the product team.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct requirements workshops and analysis to capture customer’s requirements.
* Perform issue resolution, analysis, and troubleshooting of the Previse software when implemented for clients.
* Develop specifications for business scenarios, solutions, and test cases.
* Support the implementation and sales process of our software for existing, new, or potential clients.
* Configure the Previse software to meet client requirements during implementations.
* Work with internal teams and subject‑matter experts to analyze complex requirements and develop solution definitions for enhancements.
* Support system and regression testing, assist client user testing.
* Help support and guide members of Previse, partners, or clients who are less familiar with the software.
* Be an active and contributing member of the team on product implementations, enhancements, and/or integration projects.
* Provide informative and tailored customer training on the application.
Requirements
About You
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a closely related area. You will have at least 5 to 8 years of hands‑on IT implementations, working within a similar professional services team that is directly client‑facing, ideally within the Energy or Trading sector. You are a team player, work well under pressure, and enjoy challenging yourself with highly experienced individuals. You are communicative and able to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers. You feel comfortable with multiple responsibilities and being exposed to challenging problems and their solution definition.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Energy trading and/or derivatives trading knowledge is desirable.
