Role Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Director with a solid track record as a Human Resources Leader in both international and SME environments in Switzerland.
Reporting to the Director General and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Human Resources Director is responsible for setting up and rolling out a clear HR roadmap aligned with both Global HR processes and Collège du Léman’s strategic plan. This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Embed and promote the school’s values and culture.
* Oversee HR Programs and main processes, including Talent Management, Budget preparation and review, Compensation, Employee Engagement, Payroll, and Time Management.
* Support the management team on all HR related questions and promote organisational effectiveness and agility.
* Manage employee relations and communicate effectively across the organization.
* Navigate complexity and ambiguity while applying in-depth knowledge of the Swiss labor environment and law.
* Build partnerships at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
* Guide decision‑making and support leadership with well‑grounded advice.
* Provide clear leadership to the HR team, ensuring people practices are effective, coherent and consistently implemented.

This is a full‑time position, effective from December 2026 at the latest.
