Tangem solutions offer multi-support of a growing number of thousands of tokens by a single wallet. SBI Crypto Investment Ltd., the digital asset venture investment company wholly owned by SBI Holdings Inc., has invested $15 million into Tangem in 2019 for mass adoption of blockchain technology.


What you’ll do

Operations & Coordination

* Support day-to-day operations across teams
* Manage incoming requests and prioritize effectively
* Communicate with vendors and external partners
* Handle purchase requests and operational workflows

Finance Support

* Process and track expenses (including corporate card expenses)
* Work with financial systems for expense reporting
* Assist with invoices, payments, and financial documentation
* Support office-related payments

Logistics & Deliveries

* Coordinate logistics and resolve delivery issues

Travel & Events Support

* Organize business trips for leadership (hotels, transfers, insurance)
* Support internal meetings and executive gatherings (e.g. restaurant bookings)

General Support

* Handle ad-hoc tasks across teams
* Support colleagues with operational requests
* Keep processes organized and under control


You are

* Highly organized — you can manage multiple workflows without losing track
* Reliable — you take ownership and deliver
* Proactive — you anticipate issues before they arise
* Detail-oriented — especially with numbers and processes
* Strong communicator — clear, structured, and responsive
* A natural coordinator who keeps everything aligned

What you bring

* 2+ years in operations / assistant / coordinator roles
* Strong multitasking and organizational skills
* Experience with financial/admin processes
* Confidence with Excel / Google Sheets
