Job Title: School Management Assistant 50% (approx. 20-25 hours/week during the school term)
In this diverse role, presence is especially required during school weeks. Overtime can be compensated during school holidays.
Responsibilities
Support school management with administrative tasks.
Handle various organizational tasks.
Manage filing systems and conduct controlling tasks.
Handling correspondence and planning activities.
Taking on material and controlling tasks.
Qualifications
At least commercial basic training (KV apprenticeship).
Confident German in spoken and written form.
Solid IT user skills (Windows Office programs).
Quick comprehension and a very independent working style.
Flexibility, communication flair, and resilience.
