Ph3bPosition description /b /h3 pThe Business Technology team is composed of passionate technologists who are fully engaged in delivering the best products that help teams deliver their best work. We are focused on reducing friction and getting the most value from solutions to enhance outcomes. We want to expand our Business Technology landscape to manage more systems in a predictable way that accounts for scalability, resilience, and performance. This includes maintaining our internal applications and developing new applications that will help us support the growth of the business. /p pThis role is a critical component in our transition to a dynamic, modern financial infrastructure. You will be instrumental in architecting and maintaining the critical data flow between our Pigment (FPA) platform and our ERP (NetSuite). You will also serve as the global IT system owner of Pigment, Aptitude, ADP, Carta ensuring end-to-end data accuracy, process integrity, and alignment with Sonar’s business objectives. /p pThis role is instrumental in enabling dynamic rolling forecasts, strategic headcount planning, and real-time, data-driven decision‑making for executive leadership. Your contributions will directly enhance business agility, reduce forecasting cycle times, and significantly improve forecast accuracy. You will be responsible for ensuring robust data governance and compliance across the integrated ecosystem, empowering our Finance, People, and Business Operations teams to make confident, insight‑driven decisions. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the financial systems roadmap, identifying opportunities to optimize automation, streamline processes, and adopt new capabilities that scale with Sonars growth. /p h3bWhat you will do /b /h3 ul liServing as the primary technical owner and solution architect for the Pigment platform, managing its configuration, security, governance, and overall performance. /li liDesigning, implementing, and maintaining advanced FPA models within Pigment, including driver‑based revenue/OpEx models, 18‑month rolling forecasts, and complex multi‑currency scenario analysis. /li liDeveloping and configuring Pigment applications for Headcount Planning, OpEx Budgeting, and Corporate FPA (PL, Cash Flow), ensuring alignment between financial and workforce plans. /li liCreating and optimizing workflows, automation, and governance controls (e.g., version control, budget lock capabilities, multi‑level approvals) within Pigment to facilitate collaborative planning. /li liBuilding high‑impact, self‑service dashboards and management reports within Pigment to enable real‑time variance analysis (Actuals vs. Forecast/Budget) for business leaders. /li liArchitecting and implementing robust, automated data feeds to ensure the timely and accurate synchronization of GL Actuals, Chart of Accounts, and FX Rates from NetSuite to Pigment using SuiteScript, RESTlet, and/or native API connectors. /li liDeveloping, implementing, and troubleshooting technical API integrations between Pigment and other critical source systems, including BambooHR (HRIS) and Lever (ATS), to power integrated workforce planning. /li liDesigning, building, and maintaining custom NetSuite solutions and automations using SuiteScript (1.0 2.X), JavaScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk to support integration requirements, data quality, and compliance mandates. /li liLeading and executing data migrations, transformations, and data quality assurance tasks across the entire integrated ecosystem. /li liCollaborating with Security, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure data integrity, access control, and adherence to internal audit standards across all integrations. /li liSupporting the day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and maintenance of our NetSuite instance, ensuring stability, security, and scalability as the system of record for financial actuals. /li liSupporting and maintaining core NetSuite functionality, demonstrating strong knowledge of modules such as ARM, FAM, EBP, Multi‑book, Intercompany, and P2P workflows. /li liLeading and documenting change management processes for both NetSuite and Pigment, including implementation and impact assessments. /li liEvaluating and communicating ITGC (IT General Controls) gaps in coordination with internal controls and third‑party assessments, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) requirements across all financial systems. /li /ul h3bExperience and qualifications /b /h3 ul liMandatory EPM/FPA Expertise: 5+ years of direct, hands‑on experience as an Administrator, Architect, or Model Builder for a modern Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or OneStream). /li liNetSuite Expertise (Mandatory): 5+ years of administration and operational support for Oracle NetSuite, preferably in a multi‑national environment. NetSuite Administrator Certificate is a plus. /li liAdditional Expertise: Multiple years of administration and operational support for one or more of the following products: ADP (payroll and workforce data integrations), Aptitude, FloQast, Carta. /li liExpertise with NetSuite’s development tools (SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteTalk, RESTlet APIs) for complex data extraction, transformation, and custom system integration. /li liDeep, practical understanding of API design and data governance principles for synchronizing ERP and EPM platforms. /li liFinancial Modeling Acumen: Deep functional knowledge of FPA principles, including driver‑based budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and the technical ability to translate complex financial logic into system models. /li liCompliance Audit: Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and enforcing internal controls (ITGC) to meet Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) audit requirements across integrated financial systems. /li liExperience integrating specific third‑party tools mentioned in our ecosystem (BambooHR, ADP, Lever, Salesforce CPQ, Stripe, Aptitude) with either NetSuite or the EPM platform. /li liExperience working within a SaaS or product‑led organization where financial systems are tightly coupled with operational and HR data flows. /li liBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. /li liCertifications such as NetSuite Administrator or Pigment Model Builder are a plus. /li liExceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities, particularly in troubleshooting complex financial models and data integration issues. /li liHighly autonomous and pragmatic, comfortable in dealing with change and complexity inherent in a fast‑growth environment. /li liStrong decision‑making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage concurrent projects effectively. /li liSelf‑confident enough to challenge the status quo as well as to receive and give feedback to improve the team and yourself. /li liExcellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences; fluent in English, written and verbal. /li liPreferring to work in a team, share information, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver high‑quality solutions. /li liLeadership: Taking the initiative and demonstrating your ability to lead a subject from beginning to end. /li liValuing “done” over “perfect”, while continuously looking for ways to improve processes and deliver measurable impact. /li /ul h3bAdditional comments /b /h3 pThis role is based in Geneva.
