Mondaine Watch is a Swiss watch group that includes four brands—Luminox, Mondaine, M+Watch, and Pierre Cardin—distributed through B2B and B2C channels worldwide, assembled in our factory in Switzerland.
Job objective
The job holder is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and initiatives. While focusing more on Mondaine and M+Watch, the job holder will be also required to work with Luminox, and Pierre Cardin brands. The job holder will work with their supervisor to set priorities accordingly.
This position is for a temporary replacement during a maternity leave (8 months).

Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, development, deployment, and tracking of the Marketing and Product launch toolbox
* Develop, coordinate, and execute 360 marketing toolboxes across all communication channels, including online and offline (POS), with materials such as campaign content, catalogues, trade books, leaflets, etc.
* Drive product launch readiness, collaborating with the Marketing Team on product descriptions, images, collateral marketing, training tools, press releases, etc.
* Create and execute social media plans for engaging marketing and product launch campaigns, measuring results periodically to optimize performance in collaboration with the Social Media agency partner.
* Develop and send monthly B2B newsletters and sales announcements as required
* Plan and execute physical or digital brand events and trade fairs
* Collaborate to develop marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, and collaborations with influencers
* Manage daily marketing requests received from our Distributors and provide timely support
* Support in creating compelling brand and marketing presentations to communicate key messages effectively to the target audience
* Create and maintain marketing documentation HQ server and B2B drive
* Review of half-yearly marketing reports from the distributors and propose best practices to be shared with other markets for the Mondaine Club
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and generate new ideas to ensure brand relevance
* Responsible for keeping track of the marketing budget and invoices on monthly basis
* Create, develop and coordinate compelling MWL Gift with Purchase (GWP) initiatives ensuring their successful execution and alignment with brands objectives
* Develop impactful in-store visual merchandising, POS materials and displays, retail concepts and furniture ensuring brand consistency and maximizing visibility and customer engagement
* Develop and coordinate product launches new visual design of the packaging, manuals and corresponding merchandising creative concepts
* Perform ad hoc tasks as needed assigned by the supervisor (special projects, team support, miscellaneous assistance) and take on team responsibilities in the absence of colleagues
Requirements:
Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
* Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the watch or branded consumer goods
* Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
* Experience in a retail environment a big plus
* At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing (planning, management, project responsibility)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
* Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong brand sensitivity. Should be able to switch between different brands without losing the brand identity.
Languages:
* Fluent in written and spoken English; German skills are a plus as well as knowledge of other languages.
Technical Skills:
* Knowledge of SAP is an added value
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
* Proficient in digital tools and technologies
