Position Profile

You will build and maintain a sales pipeline, introduce and sell our product line to customers and prospects, and cultivate new business to generate opportunities. You will define and qualify sales opportunities, determine engagement scope and cost projections, and formulate solutions based on client requirements. You must have experience engaging Directors and C‑level contacts in medium and enterprise organizations, working independently to exceed sales goals, updating a business plan quarterly, and acting as a liaison between Omni Business Solutions, partners, and customers. A comprehensive understanding of digital transformation, modernization, and enterprise solutions is required.


Duties & Responsibilities

* Prospecting for new business and upselling existing clients
* Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
* Complete customer requirements analysis
* Identify pain points for all accounts
* Communicate with technology partners
* Obtain and exceed assigned quota
* Prepare and update business plan
* Utilize sales reporting tools effectively
* Manage your territory
* Follow described sales processes
* Submit accurate and timely sales and service orders
* Provide product/services demonstrations and presentations online or on‑premise
* Oversee proper implementation and hand‑off from sales to services
* Maintain industry and competitive knowledge
* Respond to opportunities and RFPs/Information requests
* Attend and complete required training


Required Sales and Technical Knowledge

Cloud, Application Development, Digital Transformation, Telecommunications, Development, Productivity Solutions, Business Intelligence, Digital Identity, Big Data, Data Storage, Data Center, Data Protection, Data Center Migration, IT Infrastructure Modernization, Network Monitoring & Management, Point of Sale, Scanning & Barcoding, ERP, Global Support Services, Mobility, and more.


Required Qualifications

* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Valid passport
* Bachelor’s degree (or four years of equivalent technology solutions sales experience)
* Minimum of five years of technology solutions sales experience in at least eight solution/service categories
* Minimum of five years of experience managing an open territory to drive new sales
* Minimum of five years of C‑level relationship building
* Strong sales skills and techniques
* Complex solution selling experience
* Minimum of four sales/technical certifications
* Experience with alliance partnering
* Business development and pre‑sales (sales and technical)
* Ability to work independently without direct supervision
* Professional, creative, and dynamic presence; effective communication at all levels
* Excellent written and verbal communication at technical and professional levels
* Proficient computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, CRM, etc.)
