Access Control Specialist (m/f/d) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Access Control Specialist to support a time-limited on-site project involving the creation, personalization, and programming of access badges for approximately 800 employees. The role requires strong coordination skills, technical affinity, and the ability to work independently while closely collaborating with the project team. Key Responsibilities -Planning, creation, and management of appointment schedules for approximately 800 employees Time slots of 30 minutes per person (e.g. structured calendars in Microsoft Outlook) -Photographing employees for badge creation -Printing and issuing access badges including employee photos -Programming badges with the appropriate access rights using the access control system -Weekly reporting to the Project Team (number of persons processed / badges completed) -Active communication and coordination with the Project Team -Ensuring inclusion of employees working from home in the communication and scheduling process -Adhering to on-site security rules, procedures, and organizational standards Required Knowledge & Skills -Good general technical knowledge within a Microsoft Office environment (especially Outlook) -Experience with LENEL S2 (Honeywell) access control technology for badge printing and programming (internal support and onboarding will be provided if required) -Ability to take high-quality photos of employees for badge use -Strong organizational and communication skills -Ability to work independently and reliably in a security-sensitive environment -German and English fluency -Site-Specific Knowledge (Introduction Provided) -A short introduction will be provided on site or remotely, covering: -Site structure, rules, and organizational setup -Awareness of critical and restricted areas, including:BAZL, Server rooms, Critical FM infrastructure, Technical rooms, API areas Project Details -Estimated duration: Approx. 3 months (March / April / May) -Estimated workload: Approx. 50 working days -Working hours: 5 days per week, 40 hours per week Location & Work Model Home Office: Not possible IMPORTANT: All work will be performed exclusively on site in Allschwil
