As a growth business for Deutsche Bank, we contribute towards building a more balanced, less capital intense and stable business model for the bank. /ppYou as a Relationship Manager are the primary point of contact for clients to access the entire suite of wealth management capabilities and solutions offered by Deutsche Bank Wealth Management. This is achieved by working in close partnership with the Investment Manager (IM) in the day-to-day planning and servicing for the client. You are responsible for acquiring new clients - who are in line with the business proposition of the bank - and assets as well as grow existing business relationships, assuring a holistic and high-standard client experience. /ppbResponsibilities /b /plipIdentify, develop, acquire and maintain HNW/UHNW relationships. /p /lilipIncrease wallet share/AuM by undertaking a business development, sales or relationship management approach as appropriate. /p /lilipResponsible for the overall Net New Assets creation and revenue generation on the respective books in a scalable and efficient way. /p /lilipBalance client relationship, prospect buiding, investment growth, administrative compliance, personal growth and development on a day-to-day and longer-term basis. /p /lilipPlan and manage resources (time, budget) to run an optimal business. /p /lilipRecommend investment products and services that are suitable for clients based on their objectives, resources, time, horizon, risk profile and preferences. /p /lilipReview client portfolios periodically to ensure the portfolio performance is aligned with clients’ investment objective and risk profile. /p /lilipPartner with IMs in covering clients to discuss/manage financial goals, risk tolerance, research/analyze market conditions, provide bank views of various investment types, recommend asset allocation and provide explanation on how they benefit/hinder investment objectives. /p /lilipAct as the Accountable Client Owner with responsibility for all AML aspects of the client relationship; including KYC and account behavior. /p /lilipEstablish and maintain relationships with the management teams and informing management of any circumstances that require supervisory attention/review/approval as per compliance guidelines and policies. /p /lilipWork in close co-operation with other coverage, product and support functions to deliver DB’s value proposition, leveraging also other DB divisions where possible. /p /lilipActively support the business / growth strategy, plans and values, new products and services, contributing to the achievement of a high performing team. /p /lilipParticipate in relevant client social events as well as in PR and other marketing activities. /p /lilipTimely follow up, completion of various Key Risk Indicators highlighted locally and by the Booking Centre - periodic KYC reviews, Document deficiencies, cross border travel/meeting call reports portfolio reviews etc /p /lilipAwareness of local compliance and regulatory requirements. /p /lilipDocument quality notes in a Call Report after prospect/client calls/meetings, summarizing discussions, additional actions required, including follow-up calls. /p /lilipBuild and maintain existing client relationships. Ownership of relationship process (from initiation to closure). /p /lipbSkills /b /plipMasters degree with a background in Finance preferable /p /lilipCertified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is desirable /p /lilipFluency in English and Portuguese is a prerequisite. Spanish is desirable /p /lilipAt least 10-12 years industry experience covering Brazilian UHNW clients /p /lilipExcellent communication and collaboration skills /p /lilipClient-oriented, solution-oriented and able to work in a high paced environment under pressure /p /lilipSuperior investment acumen and solid network of clients in the target coverage market is required /p /lilipGood understanding of Governing Regulatory Framework /p /lilipStrong Collaboration skills and excellent communication skills with a positive approach /p /lilipProfessional integrity /p /lilipAbility to manage resources and allocate them for most effective use /p /lilipWilling and able to develop other staff /p /lipbWell-being Benefits /b /ppbEmotionally and mentally balanced: /b /ppWe support you in maintaining good mental health.
