Your Tasks
1. Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for automation systems towards the fully automated spinning mill
2. Identify market trends and customer requirements and translate them into competitive automation solutions
3. Conduct and maintain market and competitor analysis to support portfolio and investment decisions
4. Act as Product Owner (PLM) for automation products, engineered solutions, spare parts, and repair offerings across the full lifecycle
5. Take an active role in technical sales, supporting value‑based selling, solution definition, and technical‑commercial clarification in complex customer projects
6. Support global sales organizations in customer-specific automation and system projects
7. Ensure close collaboration with R&D, engineering, operations, sales, and service to deliver customer‑focused solutions
Your Qualifications
8. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
9. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, product management, or solution engineering for automation systems (e.g. AGVs, cobots, palletizing solutions)
10. Experience in the textile industry is an advantage
11. Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams
12. Willingness for global travel
13. Openness to other cultures
14. Fluent in English and German
