Provide meals for external clients (nursery, school, and home meals); Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) and oversee the necessary self-monitoring. Supervise the work of apprentices and kitchen aids and actively participate in their training. Contribute to continuous improvement and report any issues that could contribute to better service. Establish a close relationship with the residents, be attentive to their needs, and contribute to the quality of support during meals.
