Overview
JOB PURPOSE
The BC is responsible for demonstrating and selling products as well as performing brow services including brow mapping, tinting, waxing and shaping! Most importantly, he/she is responsible for having fun and creating an unforgettable experience for their clients!
Core Responsibilities
* Achieving individual sales goals agreed with the manager through, making connections with customers, carrying out brow treatments and demonstrating Benefit products (following the Beauty ABC’s & Service ABC’s selling formula)
* Build and maintain good customer and retailer relationships,
* Participate in counter events including new product releases, charity events and parties,
* Communicate inventory needs (hygiene and products) and concerns to direct manager,
* Ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times,
* Complete weekly sales worksheet to help monitor the counter performance.
Requirements
* Strong retail and customer services experience (cosmetics experience preferred),
* Valid waxing license and proven strong service history
* Passionate about cosmetics, BROWS and very much sales-oriented
* Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking
* A go-getter! Must be comfortable approaching clients and ‘traffic stopping’
* FUN!
