YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Hospitality Client Manager to work cross‑functionally with Les Cabinotiers, Hospitality, Retail, and Markets and act as our Maison Ambassador. Based in our Manufacture in Plan‑les‑Ouates and reporting to the Head of International Clients & Hospitality, this role will participate in local, regional and international Maison Events. Both the Hospitality Coordinator and the Hospitality Watchmaker will report to the Hospitality Client Manager.


PLAYING YOUR PART

Host Clients at the Manufacture and generate qualitative high value Sales

* You will work hand in hand with Markets to share and support Hospitality plans to boost demand.
* You will position the Hospitality platform as a “must‑do” experience within the VIC/VVIC’s Client journey, enabling them to recruit new Clients.
* You will advise Markets and filter Hospitality requests together with the Hospitality Coordinator.
* You will work with Retail and CRM teams to leverage the VIC database and insights.
* You will prepare Clients’ visits with Markets and build tailored Manufacture experiences (meetings with Artisans/Experts, briefing of the Hospitality Watchmaker, promotion of special timepieces/projects).
* You will host clients at the Manufacture and generate high‑value Sales for Les Cabinotiers, in line with the Maison’s strategy and scarcity guidelines.
* You will coordinate Clients’ hosting during Watches & Wonders and regional/international events.
* You will share visit recaps with Markets and follow‑up until reservation and invoicing of projects; together with the Les Cabinotiers team, draft special‑order agreements and proceed with the transfer of pieces upon reservations.
* You will monitor Hospitality‑generated sales and edit the bi‑annual recap.


Drive Sales for our Manufacture Salon‑Boutique

* You will support the Europe Client Relationship Manager in hosting clients for the Salon‑Boutique, and develop action plans to deepen relationships with existing Clients and recruit new ones.
* You will contribute to the administration of the Salon‑Boutique (invoicing, shipping, after‑sales service, inventory, stock management in full compliance with the Maison and Richemont guidelines) together with the Europe Client Relationship Manager.
* You will establish the Salon‑Boutique model stock and replenish pieces as well as the Hospitality buffer stock to support VICs/VVICs requests abroad, together with the Commercial team and Europe Client Relationship Manager.


Ensure and further develop a top‑notch Hospitality platform

* You will enhance the Client’s tour of the workshops/discovery tables, in collaboration with the Hospitality Coordinator and Hospitality Watchmaker.
* You will develop new formats of the tour as well as dedicated tools and contents.
* You will participate in enriching the Client experience offer, Hospitality services and overall treatment of visits in and out of the Manufacture, together with the Hospitality Coordinator and Maître d’Hôtel.
* You will work transversely with other HQ teams involved in Hospitality upgrade projects.


WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

* A solid 10+ years’ experience in Hospitality and Sales within the Luxury Goods Retail industry. High Watchmaking is a strong plus.
* A result‑oriented and assertive approach to negotiating and willingness to close high‑value sales.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to develop a local and international Clients portfolio by constantly nurturing relationships.
* Experience in team and project management, with premium service and a continuous improvement approach.
* Passion and a self‑entrepreneur mindset enabling you to be our Maison Ambassador.
* A team player, an enthusiastic and resilient personality.
* Fluency in English and French. Additional languages are a plus.
