digital future of global production and logistics processes
– from smart intralogistics to modern SAP-based system landscapes.
Your Role – Global Impact Guaranteed
* Lead and expand a high-performing
IT logistics team
(currently 6 FTEs)
* Own and evolve
SAP-supported logistics processes
(SAP MM / WM / EWM / S/4HANA)
* Lead the
implementation of a new group-wide CAQ system
* Drive
digitalisation and automation
of intralogistics (e.g. AGVs, smart transport systems)
* Actively contribute to the
development of international production sites
(USA, China, Germany, Switzerland)
* Establish strong and sustainable
stakeholder management
across the organization
* Take full
budget and resource responsibility
for your area
Your Profile
* Strong IT know-how – you understand how modern infrastructure and systems operate
* Several years of experience in
procurement, warehouse management, quality or maintenance
* Background in industrial or regulated environments (e.g.
GMP, MedTech, Pharma
)
* Proven
leadership experience
at team lead level or higher
* Technical degree (e.g. HF/FH) or academic background in
Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, IT
or similar
* Fluent in
German and English
(spoken and written)
* Hands-on mindset and a passion for change

Package
* Annual salary:
CHF 120,000 – 135,000 all-in
, incl. 5% bonus
* Travel requirement: approx.
