Your Responsibilities
Service Quotation & Sales Support: Prepare quotations for spare parts, oil analysis, and factory repairs using MS Office and specialized price calculation models. Update and manage sales opportunities within Salesforce, ensuring technical data accuracy and monthly closure.
Order Lifecycle Management: Handle the end-to-end processing of Service Orders. This includes creating customer Purchase Orders (PO) in project headers and detailing sales positions for spare parts and service lines.
Customer Acknowledgement: Manage the workflow for PO acknowledgements. Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams to verify payment terms, delivery dates, and pricing before issuing electronic signatures and PDF confirmations to clients.
Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Prepare daily transport documentation, create delivery notes in SAP, and manage Certificates of Conformity (CoC) to ensure seamless physical distribution.
