About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead new customer acquisition and strategic portfolio positioning in Switzerland and abroad. As a key player, you will be responsible for lead generation, CRM system development, and management of customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with clients to drive business growth and satisfaction.
* Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with departmental objectives, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
* Collaborate with presales consultants to respond to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring seamless customer onboarding and technical integration.
* Stay abreast of products, services, and competitor landscapes to maintain a competitive edge.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will require proven sales experience, preferably within the cybersecurity or ICT sector. A target-driven and autonomous individual with excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven track record of sales success, including cold calling and account management.
* Excellent teamwork, prioritization, and time management abilities.
* Fluency in German (C1) and English; French is a plus.
