Regional Agency ManagerJob DescriptionThe Cantonal Unemployment Fund (CCh) determines the right to and pays unemployment benefits to all persons registered with a Vaud regional employment center (ORP). It compensates companies in the event of a reduction in working hours (RHT or technical unemployment) due to economic causes or bad weather. It pays benefits to workers in the event of insolvency (bankruptcy) of the employer. To carry out the missions of the CCh, we are looking for a regional agency manager for the Côte agency based in Gland, which also has a site in Morges.As part of your role, you will ensure the management of the regional agency in accordance with the strategy of the CCh. You will manage the human resources of the regional agency and organize the work on both sites in collaboration with the site manager. You will process complex unemployment files (analysis, payments) and support the staff of the regional agency in the management of files. Furthermore, you will represent the CCh before the authorities requiring its intervention and defend its interests before the courts in the context of legal cases (CNR and 29 LACI).For further information, please consult the job description by clicking here.Responsibilities- Ensure the management of the regional agency and support the site manager of the region.- Ensure the human resources management of the regional agency and support the site manager of the region.- Process complex unemployment files (analysis, payments) and support the staff of the regional agency in the management of files.- Represent and promote the CCh to internal and external partners.Profile- Commercial employee diploma or equivalent title, ideally supplemented by a federal certificate as an insurance specialist.- Proven professional experience in the field of social insurance.- Professional experience with an unemployment fund is an asset.- Knowledge of social insurance, and more particularly the Federal Act on Compulsory Unemployment Insurance and Insolvency Compensation and labor law.- Mastery of common office tools.- Ease in contacts, autonomy in work organization, decision-making spirit, leadership, and sense of responsibility.Who are we?Within the Directorate General for Employment and the Labor Market (DGEM), we support and assist local employment actors.
