What are we looking for
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Nutritionist dedicated to supporting clients through personalized, science-driven programs. In this role, you will take ownership of delivering tailored, evidence-based nutrition care while contributing to the development of our nutrition programs.
Your Responsibilities
* Conduct nutrition assessments, regular one-to-one consultations and personalised nutrition workshops during clients' stay and online follow-ups post-discharge
* Supervise and instruct the chefs on clients' meal plans, ensuring proper content, quantity, and quality.
* Regular training of the chefs on nutrition and food safety topics and supporting in the chef certificate program.
* Collaborate closely with medical doctors, psychiatrists, and psychotherapists to ensure fully integrated nutritional care.
* Create nutrition handouts, personalized recommendations, and educational materials for clients.
* Support marketing, internal/external communication, and participate in innovation and development projects within the Nutrition Department.
You are/have
* Recognized diploma in nutrition and dietetics (foreign diplomas must be validated by the Swiss Red Cross) is a must
* Over 5 years of experience in clinical nutrition (experience in psychiatry or longevity is a strong advantage)
* Commitment to client satisfaction and evidence-based nutrition care
* Strong team spirit and passion for working with highly demanding clientele
* Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented personality
* Ability to remain calm, professional, and self-directed in demanding or high-pressure situations
* Fluent in English (minimum C1) and any additional language will be an asset
* Must have: valid Swiss driver's license
* Eligibility to work in Switzerland
