Company Overview:
A well-established semiconductor company is seeking a Senior Analog Design Engineer to join their automotive business unit. This role is based on-site in the Neuchâtel area and focuses on the development of sensor ICs. You’ll work closely with internal and remote teams to deliver high-performance analog/mixed-signal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to and oversee analog/mixed-signal IC development projects
Ensure design targets and schedules are met with structured development and verification methods
Collaborate with remote design teams for technical alignment
Support product definition activities through technical analysis
Interface with internal departments including Quality, Design Services, Fab, Back-End, and Customer
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in end-to-end analog/mixed-signal IC development
Strong knowledge of analog architectures such as power management, wireless communication, data converters, or analog front ends
Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and validation methodologies
Academic background at PhD level in a relevant field is a plus
Curious, motivated, and adaptable with a hands-on mindset
Requirements:
Master’s degree with 3–5 years of industry experience
Prior experience in automotive IC design
Clear and precise communication skills for external collaboration
Strong customer focus, especially within the automotive space
Languages:
English (C-level proficiency required)
French and/or German are advantageous
