Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain critical business applications and ensure system stability and performance
* Execute deployment and configuration activities efficiently and accurately
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operations and integrations
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify, document, and resolve software defects
* Keep system documentation and procedures up to date
* Participate in scheduled maintenance windows (evenings / weekends)
* Be available for on-call duties when required
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or related field, and 5+ years of relevant experience
* Fluent in English, German is a plus
* Strong knowledge of Linux (RHEL) or similar environments and scripting
* Hands-on experience with Ansible and Git
* Experience with Kubernetes and ArgoCD ; understanding of DevOps principles
* Advantageous : familiarity with Postgres, Oracle, or Ingres databases
* Basic understanding of network and data transfer protocols (e.g., SFTP, IBM MQ, ActiveMQ)
* Experience in financial services or fintech environments (SWIFT, ISO 20022) is a plus
* Self-motivated and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
