Regional Sales Manager, Application Security, Switzerland (w/m/d)
We are Thales, a global leader in digital security and identity management. This position is based in Zürich and focuses on advancing our application security solutions across the Swiss market.
Mission
* Build strong business relationships with target accounts and establish yourself as a trusted advisor for customers and partners in the Swiss region.
* Own the full sales cycle and develop strategic relationships around our Application Security portfolio.
* Identify, develop, and nurture high‑value opportunities in close collaboration with the distribution team.
* Define and execute sales strategies to unlock new markets and drive revenue growth.
* Plan and lead customer and marketing events to strengthen brand presence.
* Prepare regular forecasts and reports and coordinate closely with other Thales business units.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
* Several years of proven sales experience, ideally in the Cyber‑Security or Application Security domain.
* Strong communication skills to deliver sales and marketing strategies at an international level, with experience executing detailed sales plans.
* Deep understanding of security technologies, IT hardware, and software solutions.
* Self‑driven, goal oriented, and collaborative with excellent coordination abilities.
* Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
