Your profile:
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification
- You have experience in real estate accounting
- You possess initiative, are conscientious and dynamic
- You have a sense of priorities, are organised and able to work independently
- You are proficient with common Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of Quorum software is an advantage
- You have a good level of French
Your main responsibilities:
- Monitoring receipts and reconciling bank accounts
- Entering and tracking supplier payments
- Managing concierge salaries
- Handling debt collection
- Preparing and closing PPE statements (with balance sheet and allocations)
- Preparing heating statements
- Administrative tasks related to the service
