Strategy and Transformation Consulting (Senior) Manager – Insurance
Join Capgemini Invent as a Strategy and Transformation Consulting (Senior) Manager in our Swiss Insurance team. In this role you help top‑tier insurance companies accelerate the adoption of cutting‑edge strategies and technologies, driving large‑scale transformations and shaping the future of insurance.
YOUR ROLE
As a Manager or Senior Manager based in Zurich, you will design and implement end‑to‑end transformation solutions. You will work across the insurance value chain, craft innovative business models, optimise processes, and deliver technology‑enabled outcomes. In addition you will drive business development and grow the Insurance practice.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead strategic projects and develop frameworks to help clients achieve their objectives.
* Create project plans, manage execution, and support implementation.
* Leverage global expertise and Capgemini assets to maximise client impact.
* Build trust with client stakeholders and strengthen long‑term relationships.
* Identify and develop business opportunities, create commercial proposals and contribute to our service offering.
* Mentor and coach teammates to develop their talents.
Your Profile
* Strong consulting experience in financial or insurance institutions.
* Deep knowledge of the Swiss Insurance industry, including innovation, AI, data‑driven transformation, growth strategy, cost reduction, operations, outsourcing and regulatory change.
* Proven business‑development skills with an active client network in Switzerland.
* Management experience with verified leadership and emotional intelligence.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving and conceptual skills.
* High cultural fit for a global consulting firm, reliable, flexible, team‑spirited, internationally minded and integrity‑driven.
* Excellent communication, moderation and presentation skills in English and German (C1 minimum).
