This position is based in our Dietikon, Switzerland office and requires a valid Swiss work permit.


What you\'ll do

* Implement and execute sales and marketing strategies for our Media Solution business
* Set annual and quarterly business plans
* Lead team of key account managers to achieve sales and profit targets and maintain continuous growth
* Develop team members to support their growth and performance
* Expand the business in terms of revenue and customer satisfaction
* Report on sales performance, ISM status
* Participate in sales events, trade fairs and annual meetings with top customers/buying groups
* Teilnahme an Vertriebsevents, Messen und Jahresvereinbarungen mit den wichtigsten Kunden


Required qualifications

* Bachelor or master degree, focusing on business administration or in similar area
* Minimum 5 years of sales & marketing working experience in the consumer electronics Industry
* At least 2 years of leadership experience
* Fluency in German and English
* Strong communication, teamwork and analytical skills
* Agile mindset and strong sense of ownership


Preferred qualifications

* Fluency in French
* At least 4 years experience in TV business sales
