PpAnton Paar develops, produces, and distributes highly precise laboratory instruments and process measurement systems, as well as customized automation and robotics solutions. /p pTo strengthen our team, Anton Paar Switzerland AG, the Swiss sales subsidiary of Anton Paar, based in Baden (AG), is looking for a motivated and committed employee to join us. /p h3Job Description /h3 pAs a Product Specialist, you will take full commercial ownership of Anton Paar’s liquid density and concentration product portfolio within the assigned territory in Eastern Switzerland. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and delivering exceptional customer value across a range of industries and applications. /p pThis role encompasses end-to-end sales accountability, from identifying opportunities and developing customer relationships to negotiating contracts and closing business. Success requires a combination of technical expertise, consultative sales skills, and the ability to translate complex customer challenges into tailored solutions. Close collaboration with colleagues across product lines, local teams, and Anton Paar headquarters is essential to ensure sustainable business success and customer satisfaction. /p h3Sales Territory Management (≈ 60%) /h3 ul liAssume full commercial responsibility for promoting and selling Anton Paar’s products and solutions throughout Eastern Switzerland. /li liManage the complete sales process, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, consultative selling, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and deal closure. /li liDeliver against assigned revenue, order intake, profitability, and growth objectives. /li liMaintain a healthy sales pipeline through accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and disciplined CRM management. /li liConduct professional customer meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based consultations. /li liDevelop and execute territory plans to maximize market penetration and business opportunities. /li /ul h3Key Account Development Customer Partnership (≈ 20%) /h3 ul liBuild and nurture long-term relationships with strategic accounts, key stakeholders, and business partners. /li liGain a deep understanding of customer processes, operational challenges, and decision-making criteria across various industries. /li liIdentify opportunities for portfolio expansion, cross-selling, and up-selling within existing and prospective accounts. /li liCollaborate closely with Service, Application Specialists, and Customer Support teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience. /li liAct as a trusted advisor, supporting customers throughout their decision-making and implementation journey. /li /ul h3Market Expansion Business Development (≈ 20%) /h3 ul liProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory. /li liSupport strategic growth initiatives in target industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Materials Science, Food Beverage, and Academia. /li liMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer requirements to identify market opportunities. /li liRepresent Anton Paar at industry exhibitions, conferences, seminars, workshops, and customer events. /li liContribute market intelligence and customer insights to support business planning and portfolio development. /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with colleagues from Inside Sales, Marketing, Service, and Application Support to ensure coordinated customer engagement. /li liCollaborate across product lines to leverage synergies, generate new opportunities, and maximize customer value. /li liMaintain regular communication with Anton Paar headquarters to support strategic initiatives and share market feedback. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Materials Science, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline. /li liDemonstrated success in technical B2B sales, preferably within scientific instrumentation, analytical equipment, or capital goods industries. /li liProven ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers. /li liStrong understanding of the Swiss market environment and customer expectations. /li liExperience working with CRM platforms and structured sales methodologies. /li liExcellent communication skills in German and English; additional language skills are considered an advantage. /li liResidence in Eastern Switzerland or willingness to relocate within the region. /li /ul h3Key Competencies /h3 ul liStrong commercial mindset combined with a passion for customer success. /li liExcellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. /li liEntrepreneurial attitude with a high level of ownership, initiative, and accountability. /li liStructured, analytical, and data-driven approach to sales pipeline and forecast management. /li liAbility to build trust and establish long-term customer relationships. /li liTeam-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills. /li liWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, typically 3–4 days per week visiting customers and prospects. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA dynamic role within a globally recognized technology leader and a highly motivated international team. /li liAn open, collaborative, and innovative working environment with short decision-making paths. /li liComprehensive onboarding and continuous learning opportunities to support your professional and personal development. /li liA varied and challenging position with significant responsibility and autonomy. /li liCompany vehicle with private usage. /li liFlexible working hours and modern hybrid working arrangements. /li liPerformance-based bonus scheme. /li liCompetitive employment conditions and attractive employee benefits. /li liImmediate start date or by mutual agreement. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
