You are in charge of IT user support in a Swiss multinational company in Konolfingen (between Bern and Thun). As part of a small but dynamic team, you manage different types of IT requests.
* As ICT Supporter you work full time on-site (no remote work possible) within a team to provide qualified support at our client's site
* You provide support to users in the event of software and hardware faults, directly on site
* You are responsible for guaranteeing the good image and quality of service of Swisscom at the customer's premises
* You are a good listener and have good customer relations skills
Your skills:
* You have successfully completed your IT apprenticeship (EFZ Informatiker/in) and have a first professional experience of at least 2 years in both 1st and 2nd level support
* You have the willingness to work onsite in Konolfingen (between Bern and Thun) 5 days a week
* Comprehensive and versatile specialist knowledge in end-user computing, Windows 10/11 and M365
* A very good communication and analysis skills, you know how to respond to our customers and independently solve problems and document support cases
* Proficiency in English is mandatory
* Good knowledge of German is a real advantage
